We can connect with our creative capacity by playing. According to an article wrote for Jennifer Wallace for the Washingtonpost.com, Studies show that playing is essential for humans as much as sleeping. Lynn Barnett, a professor of recreation, sports, and tourism at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign says, "Playful adults have the ability to transform everyday situations, even stressful ones, into something entertaining." Working with children allows us to develop our creativity as we play with them. "At work, the play has been found to speed up learning, enhance productivity, and increase job satisfaction" (Barnett 2017).

However, we must also recognize that it is important for ourselves to help us to dare and give play the power it has to enrich our thinking.
